Sean Meng
Sean is interested in developing gene-delivery and actuator platforms to enable in vivo, precision neuromodulation. He earned his A.B in Neurobiology from Harvard College in 2026. There, he worked in Bernardo Sabatini's group studying striatal dopamine across the mouse lifespan and its influence on cognitive flexibility. He also contributed to the development of a gene-delivery system in George Church's group. Beyond the bench, Sean is passionate about expanding access to science, remaining involved in the OpenBio Laboratory, an educational biomakerspace that he previously led. Outside the lab, he loves to cook, swim, watch K-dramas, and build small-scale passion projects.
