Annie graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor's in Human Biology, Health and Society, and completed an honors thesis studying the neural substrates of attention and memory. After graduating from Cornell, she worked as a Staff Research Associate at the University of California, San Francisco, researching the distinct behavioral functions of segregated hippocampal pathways.  Now Annie works in the lab of Dr. Michael Dickinson, studying the neural circuits underlying flight control in flies.
