Tyler Marks
Chen Graduate Fellow
Tyler is interested in studying sensory systems and exploring how experience and internal state shape sensory processing and perception. He received his BS in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Cinematic Arts from the University of Southern California. After graduating, Tyler worked as a lab technician in Michael Goard's lab at the University of California, Santa Barbara. In his previous work, he studied the long-term stability of naturalistic stimulus representation in mouse visual cortex, as well as the role of dendritic disinhibition in visual processing.
